I want to become best friends with this girl in my class but i dont know how. can you help me?

im a little shy and we are friends already but not good friends. im not really friends with any of her friends either.I want to become best friends with this girl in my class but i dont know how. can you help me?
Start off easy by just making small talk. try and find things that you both have in common such as hobbies and stuff...ask how her weekend was or if she has seen any new movies for example. Try going to the mall or Starbucks and just getting to know each other. Depending on how you both are try telling her that you're looking for a good friend to have and that she seems to be someone that could be that good friend. I think she will take it to mean a lot if you were to tell her that you would like to be good friends with her.I want to become best friends with this girl in my class but i dont know how. can you help me?
if you feel you can trust her then tell her something personal about your self.

then maybe she will see that you trust her and she might feel she can trust you too.

as for being friends with her friends.... its not necessary if you want her to be your best friend the just go for it. whats the worst that could happen
Give her a text or just say do you wanna go up town or my place Saturday or something cuz im not doing anything and am going to be SO bord. and hang around with her at school and things but really you want to be hanging out with her outside of school aswell to be bestfriends..
