let up some things. You'll have to impress her. But don't stalk her or anything. Just hang out, try to hang out alot.



Change your clothes to her style (unless ur alrdy in her style) but don't wear the same thing she wears.



try to make her laugh. make it look like your cool to hang out with.
Ice breakers. That's what i always do. Just say something like ';Nice jeans'; or ';Where'd you get that shirt from';. Its always works for me.

put more information like did u get into a fight and be friends

or something like that

if nothing has happened like that then i dont think it will be hard to make friends
just try to make yourself look cool and fun to hang out with

dont be shy and try going up to her and actually talk to her

some day you'll become her best friend if you just start talking
