How can i approach a new girl at school and become friends?

there is a new girl and she sits by herself everyday at lunch. i go over to her and TRY to make conversations, but she looks away. i ask her if she wants to sit with me and my friends, she just shakes her head no.

Go up to her one last time and say, “Okay, look, I tried to be friendly to you. Either you can take that offer or turn into some deranged hermit. I don’t know why you won’t talk to me, and yeah, I’m a little p-d off because I’ve been anything but mean to you so if you want to ever hang out with me, I’m good with that. Enjoy your lunch.” and walk off!

She probably has her own reasons (she's resentful to the school, she's going to move away soon again, she doesn't like you for some reason :(() but either way, saying this will settle your problem. If she wants company, she'll take it.How can i approach a new girl at school and become friends?

She seems like a stuck up *****. Just slap her repeatedly.
You sit with her and just make conversations and if she doesnt talk just ask her questions like her name and what she likes to do.
i don't know. thats happening with me too with this new guy at school. he never talks to girls, but i always see him talking to guys, so idk
maybe she's a really shy person

or maybe shes intimidated by you and your friends.

just take it slowly and let her be comfortable around you and your friends first. and eventually she'll start talking and everything
