How should I become friends with this girl I like?

There is this girl that I like so much I have never felt this way before. I have been texting her asking how her day was and things like that. I asked her to go to the movies with me but she said she is talking to this other guy that she likes a lot but I am about 99% sure he is gay (lol) and she will find that out pretty soon and be sad about it and I want to be there for her. A bunch of other guys like her and are going to be all over her when she stops liking him. I know they all just want to go out with her to ';get stuff'; from her and I don't want her to get hurt. What can I say to her to become her close friend? Like talk about real things, not just her day and stuff. She always just tells me how her day was and thats it. Any advice please? I've been texting her for a few weeks and it really isn't going anywhere. What should I say to her?How should I become friends with this girl I like?

wait for a opportunity.... when you are talking to her... and lets say she's having a bad day.. or it seems like something is bothering her.. comfort her best you can and try to relate it to an experience you might have had that was similar.. that will bring you guys closer cuz you BOTH went through something same..



or if you're brave enough... confront her about this guy she likes..

tell her flat out how you feel about her getting hurt and stuff... girls like guys who arent afraid to show how they feel... we dont like guys who never say or do things cuz they might SEEM '; GAY'; ..



tell her you dont want her to get hurt or used...



just be honest and yourself.. it WILL take time to get close ... but just be patient and constant.. always BE THERE.. she'll notice soon enough..

Aw you seem really sweet, just start talking to her about deeper things so she knows she can trust you. Girls will always come back to the ';real'; guy in the end. Just dont let the other guys bother you- if they just want to ';get some'; she'll find out quick.

Ask her about this guy. Its weird but if you ask you know you might just get a really good conversation from her. Just do not diss him. Just offer friendly advice and just stick to what your doing. To much is to much. When a guy is subtle he has a better chance. Gain her confidence slowly.
