How do I become friends with this girl I like?

there is this girl that I really like. She used to like me kuz she would always come up and try to flirt with me and tell me I was hot and stuff lik that. but she stopped trying so much kuz I never knew how to return her favor. now we talk alot less. she still says hi to me though and smiles and sometimes even winks at me! so I think she still has interest in me, but shes just not trying anymore kuz she's not expecting anything from me. If I knew how to become friends with her and flirt with her and stuff I'm about 101 percent sure she could be mine. so yeah, if anyone knows how to flirt or make a girl laugh please tell me how.

Well, you're already obviously friends if you have this much contact ~ she's not exactly a stranger. If you're having trouble talking to her you need to find something that you have in common to chat about. Do you have any mutual friends you could talk about? Maybe just ask her out to a movie (or whatever) and see how things feel. let her know you're interested. talk to her, say hi to her, wink at her, ask for her number. then call her, ask her to go out with you some time.
Just talk to her, say hi, ask if she wants to hang out with you and your friends and have her invite her friends, and just compliment her make her feel good etc...

well it sounded like in the beginning she liked you and if she stopped mabey she lost interest or mabey she got mad you didnt do any thing i + i dont really know how 2 make girls laugh i hope thing work out :)

after a while, she'll get comfortable and she'll eventually start liking u.
